Dude yor doing it all wrong you need to jack up the vitamin C to 8000 mg to be effective and the T200 instead of 150mg a week need to be 55 mg a week the Dbol at 75mg ain't bad but for best gaisn go up to 750mg a week real effective and instead of giving head to boys int he bathroom you should try eating some dog shit b/c it has alot of Creatine and glutamin in it i think i read it has like 9 grams of each.
