Man I got a package sent to my place this morning and all was well I got it blah blah blah, so anyways I come home for lunch and my fuckin front door was unlocked and cracked open, nothin was missing and everything seemed to be in order but what the hell man I could swear that shit was locked this morning, could the feds have came while I was gone and searched my place I live in a apartment complex so all they would have to do is ask the manager to let them in. Man im Trippin now. Tell me I aint got shit to worry about can they just come in when im not there or do I have to be there?

The FEDS can do a search and not tell you about it for 7 days. But after 7 days, they MUST tell you that they were in your house. They do need a warrent to use anything against you but they may have one. The fact is that they may sit on the warrent to build a case against you. It is common. Just try to have a"clean" houe for the next few weeks. This is the worst case. Good luck.
