oils (flax, olive, etc.)

I want to take oil for some good fat, but i've heard i should have 4-5 tablespoons a day, and for flax that's just too expensive, yet extra virgin olive oil tastes like shit to me. Do i have any alternatives? thanks
 
fish oil
walnut oil = tastes great
canola oil

all rich in omega 3s
 
are they all about equal in...quality...like what about udo's or whatever? should i have x amount of this oil and y amount of this? please elaborate on a good oil diet (lol wtf?)
 
You could always try to mix the oil of your choice into a protein shake. That might make it easier to stomach.
 
good idea...i got some udo's oil and damn it tastes pretty fuckin good...but i cant chug that shit...too costly...so i think im gonna do 1 TBSP of that a day with 4 olive (in a shake)
 
I want to start taking Flax Seed Oil, but I'm not sure how many times a day, when in the day, serving size, everything to know to add it into my supps. thanks.
 
My first question is where are you buying your flax? You might just be paying too much for it. Personally, I do two of flax and two of fish, but it's probably not cheaper than what you are taking now.
 
I've been getting mine at Vitamin shoppe...im sure there is somewheer better i could be getting it. It's about 10 bucks for a bottle with 17 tablespoons
