How often do you work your chest?
I recommend at least twice a week
Change your exercises every 2-3 weeks,
Barbells, Dumbbells. Flyes, push-ups, always & heavy, heavy.
1) Incline barbell press
2) Incline dumbbell press
3) Smith machine incline press
4) Bench press
5) Dumbbell press
6) Smith machine bench press
7) Decline barbell press
8) Decline dumbbell press
9) Smith machine decline press
10) Dumbbell flye
11) Cable crossovers
12) Pec deck machine
13) Dips
14) Vertical pec press
