Competed in the annual capo bench only and place first in the u110kg category and ended up with the biggest bench in my flight haha....

I added 22.5kg to my bench in exactly 12months, Last year i benched a lazy 162.5kg this year i benched 185kg, with my opener being 165kg.... great day absolutely perfect, My lifts were 165,175,185 all white lights no mistakes on game day.... back to back winnings taking home first place in 2024 and now 2025 next year we bench 200kg.. @110kg. GODWILLING!
