2x5 @ 145kg
SSB Good Mornings
2x6 @ 75kg
Bench press
4x4 @ 110kg ( benching on squat day so body gets use to be me benching after squats )
Leg press
2x8 260 + bands narrow stance full rom
Split Squats Front Leg elevated
Body Weight
Ab Wheel
3x10


feeling the hit with my deadlifts couldn't move the prescribed loads on Saturday due to peds simply blasting then into a cruise yeah just a little heavy at the moment for me, straight into a health phase now running 260mg of test alone with some lantus slin and 6iu of hgh.
