What’s good ELITE FIT BROSSSS, hope yall smashing your week already!

️ Nothing to exciting today just a rest day, I’ll still get some light cardio and my daily step count in as always - hard leg session yesterday so taking the rest day as it comes.

I’ve currently been using this mid week rest day to set the Tues of my busy week ahead up, extra meal prep and planning.
