Monday is actually mid-week for me and my weekly block, and today is a rest day.
Still get in my steps and cardio as I’m trying to keep this growth phase ticking over for as long as possible, and I enjoy keeping my heart as healthy as I can during all of this.
Meal of the day:
So this is my fav meal of the day (I have this one 2x)
My meals all stay the same 7 days, I change the dressing and occasionally the distribution of the micro nutrients between them depending on where my day lands.

Yeah I’m fairly on it for the most part:
90% of my carbs is Jasmin rice (so not even $4 a week)
Veggies (fresh) are: carrot, cucumber, zucchini and all quite cheap at the moment, and I shred them myself. and since my meal plan is same daily I don’t have wastage since the grams of the meals stay the same 7 days.
Fruit and veg would be the most expansive - but I all so choose the ones that are good on price and what I like to eat.
I’m not having any off-plan or cheat meals at all so that saves on that side of things I guess
But zero wastage at this stage only cos I calculate what I need for the week and I only eat my meals so all balances out - the veg I prep twice a week the meal once a week and rice daily
Yeah look I use to be bit more lose with it for sure, but after the surgery it really made me think about what I want to archive in the next 12 months - and right now cheat meals are a non go so I can grow and have accurate body weight trends with this push phase - one shit meal out is enough to fuck with it right now tbhBloody love this bro.
Discipline is key.. ive had to knock the cheat meals on the head. Body doesn't cope with them of late![]()

Monday is my second rest day of the week, and is actually my wid-week not the start of my week. Much needed rest today as I’ve been going hard as fuck with my top sets each season.
Cardio and steps still up today, but I use the rest of it to re-set and refocus on the push ahead for the rest of the week.
