Approved Log End if Health Phase - Testosterone Retatrutide MotsC NAD HGH Cycle Log

Demon_throne

Chairman of Board
Chairman Member
EF Logger
Morning guys and gals.

I've been asked by my sponsors to jump over here and start a simple straight to the point log on their behalf's.

I was hoping to be able to avoid doing this until my next phase kicks off in only a few weeks but hey here we are.

I'm logging for both @Southern Cross Labs and @Unitedau with this log its self being more united focused. As the peptides are a heavier component at the moment.

Current protocol
AAS
250mg a week test

Peptides
3mg reta /week
2mg mots c daily
50mg Nad+ 5days a week (at this point)
6iu hgh daily.

My plan with this log isn't anything too much as I believe the health phase dose not have much more time left, as I'm getting my pre cycle bloods drawn next Saturday. (See why I was hoping I could hold out 😜😜).

Just going to post some successful TD's that are mine or that are mates who don't use forums that I've put on to these boys
IMG_2573.webp

My united care package1

IMG_2671.webp

Package 1 from southern cross labs.

Now just 2 from mates one for each of these guys

IMG_2599.webp
IMG_2561.webp

As you can tell my mates know a great deal when they see it 😅.

Now their contact info

UNITEDAU

When you reach out to place orders tell them demon sent you.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Now about me and what I'm currently doing.
I'm reversing out of a cut while finishing off my health phase. Getting ready to grow. Honestly this is the best package I have ever had and can not wait to see myself in a years time where I'll be getting ready to compete for the first time.
IMG_2623.webp
Due to not wanting to just Copy/paste from one log to the next that's why my EF log's will probably receive 2-3 updates a week, I could just do copy paste for the traning section of the log but I feel that would be redundant as I know a lot of the names I have seen on here all ready I know from EVO.
Demon out 🫡
Legend @Demon_throne thanks for bringing your journal across to EF. You share a great wealth of knowledge towards bodybuilding and contest prep which I’m sure the guys here will find handy.
Thanks boss, was half hoping to hold off until April 6th when I'm hoping the cycle kicks off but coming over and doing one now it's the right thing to do, got to support those that support me
Let's break down the peptides a little.
Some may be thinking 2mg mots c is a bit aggressive, but here's my logic
With it being daily dosing it's more a metabolic support tool I could probably get away with 1.5mg instead of 2mg but I do like to keep things simple, 40mg vial 2ml bac 10iu=2mg
opposed to
3x 5mg injections a week which I would see more as a fat loss tool. Due to the big spikes in AMPK.
50mg NAD+ 5times a week. Now this is a new compound for me. 250mg for a week is for the most part low optimal range for someone by all the research I have done on it. And can easily be bumped to 350 just by going to every day if the need for it ever did arise. (Possibly on cycle to reduce down AAS oxidative stress).
Hgh at 6iu, well the reason for this one is I have the 36iu vials so it makes the math easier then pulling 5iu out 😅😂.
With hgh 10's,15's are great for 5iu, but 24 and 36 I cbf with the math it's just for a bit of piece of mind and keeping it simple.
Reta at 3mg, I was up on 6mg for the past 2 weeks and still didn't notice any appetite suppression, maybe I'm broken when it comes to that aspect but as I'm heading towards the end of my health phase I'll be bringing it back down to 2 or leaving it at 3 just for its other benifits so it's just humming away in the background.
I am also using more MITO compounds but I'll touch on them in another post this one is about my protocol from united au and the reasoning behind it
I’ve used it up to 5mg. It’s by far my favourite peptide. One of those you literally feel results and benefits from day 1.
How did the difference between 2-5mg go? Much of a muchness or a very noticeable difference?
Small update...
Have I been traning this week???? No...
Have I had the worst case of gastro in my life??? Yes....
Dose my quad have feathering???
IMG_2697.webp
I know being sick will affect some of my blood work that I'm getting done next Saturday (the 28th) bet your keen to watch the plan unfold @Southern Cross Labs but I'm sure between myself and the smart people around me we can differentiate between hey that's because of gastro or nah your kidneys are on fire
@Unitedau seems to be really switched on in relation to all of this so I'm sure he will help me decipher it.
Back on the fasted cardio train, 50 mins in the book gastro still showed up so I had a break about half way through to deal with that. Still happy to be back doing what I need to ticking My box's
IMG_2759.webp
Current meal plan/cals for health phase reverse leading into my growth phase, the carb powder isn't ideal at the stage but I'm using them to map the cals properly because it's an easy form to track 50g carbs might push up the coconut water because I absolutly love it
Everything is looking good and well detailed, loving the journal.
Last thing we need as fitness fanatics is gastro and I feel your pain. Glad we had that offline discussion about it. Always a pleasure to have social time with all you guys.😊
I'm still uncertain about a few things and that but things should be cleared up soon guts feeling really good today I'm getting my first gym sesh post ready for EF so it's not a copy/paste of evo so I don't break any rules in relation to also being here for scl
First leg day back.
Hit my weights, did not hit my reps.
I would normally be very disappointed but after being ad sick as I have been for the last week I can't be mad.
reverse pre cycle is going to be shorted then I wanted but I can't help that I was sick, I've got a rough 60 week time line and I want to try sticking close to it that way prep is started at an appropriate time since it will be number 1,
Goal is 3 cycles between now and then. A big one to put on as much stage tissue as possible then 2 short ones where refinement/ bringing up anything that might be behind is the purpose
So my plans. I will be posting a modified version of this over on evo later today.
The rough outlay for the new log
Bloods 28/3
Cycle/blast to kick off 6/4
Bloods 22/6 aprox
Bloods 7/9 aprox
Health phase/reset to start 5/10 for a minimum of 6weeks
Cycle length 26 weeks
Yes Easter (public holiday here in nsw) through to Labour Day (public holiday here in nsw) not like I planned that 😜😜😜
Can't give away too much about the upcoming log but at this stage plan is to keep posts between EVO and EF unique enough that they cover my responsibilities.
But that might be changing, have reached out to one of the big big mods because something else may be in the works so I may have permission to run a full copy paste log between both sites whit both still being "verified"
One of the main contributions is how in depth and detailed each post is planned to be.
Maybe it will have to be day by day schedule on each log. But that's why I'm in talks with this high up person.
Intro post and week in review posts will be 100% copy and paste tho because there is no way they can be made different.
Can't give away too much more about any of it
ALL I CAN SAY IS ITS A LOG YOU DONT WANT TO MISS!!!
@Unitedau
@Southern Cross Labs
With both you boys this log and growth phase will be legendary
How tall are you brother?
10kgs of pure muscle all over will have your arms around 2" bigger by then
175 boss.
Believe that makes my classic weight cap 91ish kg.
In the same height as coach R.ap and pigsy
So good to have @Unitedau on your side brother 🙏
And the fact our arnagement is rather flexible is amazing, let's say when I do bloods my t3/t4 is low we are open to changing my sponsored items as required by needs. Which is why he is absolutly amazing.
And I can also buy extras for myself as needed or to stack for future use.
Thinking I might buy an ss31 to have on hand for the end of the gorowth phase
Last sesh before bloods on Saturday morning
Today was a good day until I spent 20 mins waiting for the posing room and got pissed off. So no photos today 💔💔💔
Everything back to my pre sick levels. So I'm a very happy man
My next leg sesh will have a special guest, @TheBigT28 he is a fellow SCL logger and a personal friend, I'll be taking him through my leg day. 😈😈😈 might even set up a pose down if the posing rooms free 💪
You can take photos anywhere bro.
You don't need a mirror for that.
I use the hallway or the bedroom at home. Terrible lighting which doesn't show off your best but, but all that is needed to see results is to use the same spot & lighting each time
Great work @Demon_throne, well deserved 👊👊
Today's a full on rest day guy, as I'm going bloods in the morning 🫶
So I'll be checking out others logs this afternoon 👀
I have bloods on Monday after my rest day on Sunday.
I despise my steroid tainted blood being pilled out of me! 😭 they be taking my gains away from me! Lol 😅
Jokes aside I'm keen to check the results! Keen to see what you think of my latest log entry too 😀
So with me getting bloods don't this morning I want to walk you through my hydration routine. For blood work.
Shaker 1 aprox 700ml
1 serve hydration/eaas
2g taurine
1g l-tyrosine
9g creatine
5g L-glutamine
Shaker 2 aprox 700ml
Splash of diet rite
Shaker 3 aprox 700ml
1 serve hydration/eaas
Splash of diet rite
In relation to being rested and well recovered the day prior is always a full rest day. I aim for a little extra sleep that day as well.
Pin wise I'm aprox 24hrs post last test pin
I'll be doing 10iu hgh IM as requested by @Unitedau I know he will juice up my next care package 😜
But yeah that is the plan.
Go do this in just over 2 hrs
Do some shopping
Come home eat
Go train might hit upper because I skipped that yesterday but it will mean one lower day this week. Hmmmm I'm going to spend a little time this morning going over my meal plan and making it rely less on powders as it was only meant to be get me out of trouble post gastro this plan.
Cunts are running late!!! It's going to throw numbers out 😪 we're meant to open 10 mins ago and there not here!
Awesome update Demon! 💫💪😈 🔥
I hope that Your blood test ran smoothly.
I'm curious about your hydration protocol.
Is this similar to what you would be doing everyday on the daily?
I do something similar myself but I tend to drink more water than usual before my blood test instead.
I know by doing this that my blood markers for Hematocrit might be improved & also it is easier to get blood while hydrated.
I tend to think of this as kind of cheating at my own test however 😅 as because in doing this it might give an inaccurate indication of my Hematocrit compared to my usual everyday levels which is actually exactly what I would want to see so that appropriate adjustments could be made, otherwise they wouldn't be made & this could of course alter health outcomes in the future.
If this isn't similar in your case as to what you would normally be doing for hydration on the day to day then it would also not give an accurate assessment.
This would also be the case with electrolyte levels with you as you are loading up on them?
Compared to normal before hand?
Also why 9g of Creatine before bloodwork?
By doing this you will most likely falsely affect your results for kidney function. Creatine supplements are broken down into Creatine which is a waste product that your kidneys filter.
High levels of Creatine are used by Doctors as a marker for Kidney disease.
Taking 9g of Creatine will most likely significantly increase your Creatine levels which could make you look like you have kidney disease or that your kidneys are impaired.
I'm a bit confused by your wording with the Hgh.
Did you mean that you pinned your last shot of Hgh IM 24hrs ago to test if @Unitedau Hgh is of high potency?
Or are you testing your Igf1 levels for an indication of your own natural production of Hgh?
By this point in the day that's my standard hydration anyway there is just normally food as well ahah.
Because using creatine as a reference for kidney function is not the right way to go will be elevated from training from supplementation from diet all this sort of stuff. For general population it can be a marker but people like us are not general Hahahah
In relation to the HGH it's another way to show purity strength and all the for labs so if you do 10 units 60 minutes before blood it shows an extremely elevated level because these guys have fucked me around for three hours my HGH will be back to roughly baseline so I have gone ahead and bought another test which I'm going to do at some point this week.
Awesome work bro!
So you have taken a Serum Cystatin C test instead of a standard Creatinine based test?
I'm sure that when you do re-test @Unitedau the results will be excellent!
They should still be elevated but no where near peek.
I do but since I've never had any issues in the past bloodwork wise in relation to Cystatin C
This blood test is mainly for getting the all clear to go on cycle and showing the results of 1 ml test e from @Southern Cross Labs a week with my current composition and same with hgh and igf1
Ok sounds good brother! 💫💪
You know then why taking creatine before a blood test will not give you a completely accurate picture of your Kidney function which is extremely important.
It is vital that readers of your Log understand why not to take any Creatine before their blood tests in relation to Creatinine based kidney function tests.
That's good that you are taking your normal amounts of electrolytes in, they are important for so many reasons.
I'm really confused by your logic of employing your Hydration protocol before a blood test.
I'm assuming that your Hydration Eaas contain electrolytes otherwise they wouldn't be Hydration Eaas lol
is it important not to take any electrolytes before taking a blood test, you are instructed to drink plain water only particulary if you have been instructed to remain fasted.
Consuming these drinks can affect more than just an electrolyte panel; they can interfere with glucose tests, lipid panels (cholesterol), and kidney function tests.
Due to all of these extremely important reasons why you get your bloods done in the first place why wouldn't you want to ensure that your sodium, potassium, Magnesium etc levels are normal in a blood test?
Same with your Creatinine?
Can you please help to clarify why you do this as I am possibly missing something?
A lot of people do not count eaas as breaking a fast. Because at the end of the day it's negligible especially when your fast is 15hrs
Yes it can throw some aspects out but if you know from previous testing the differences
(It really dose nkt change results by too much )
You can compensate and if it makes compliance of getting 2L in easier why not.
I also can't drink unflavoured water I'll sit on 700ml all day if it's plain it's a me thing. I went 5 odd years with out drinking any direct water at all. Closest thing was Powerade back in my drug days ahah
You have either misread or have misunderstood what I said brother, you have taken Hydration Eaas.
I'm not questioning your logic behind taking the Eaas, I'm solely referring to the electrolytes that are in it.
Doing this will throw out your electrolyte blood test result readings as well as your
electrolyte panel, they can interfere with glucose tests, lipid panels (cholesterol), and kidney function tests.
I don't think that I even ever actually drank anything at all except for porn 😅 during my drug day's lol
I've done bloods on water, on eaas, fuck one on Powerade and there not out buy that much in compression.
Yeah it's not a perfectly accurate reading but I would rather make sure I'm hydrated at least because my other option would be coconut water and that would really throw it out 😂
Ok cool, as long as you are ok with any inaccuracies being as a standard reference moving forward for your blood work then bro.
I think that it's important for anyone
following along & chiming in on this that it is not standard practice recommended by Doctors or Coaches for anyone to including anything in their hydration pre blood test other than plain water.
Creatine, electrolytes, taurine, glutamine, tyrosine anything other than water can affect multiple blood panels.
This is for much the same reasons why we don't train for a day or 2 before taking a blood test.
It is easy drink plain water before a blood test to ensure adequate hydration levels.
I think that people confuse what the importance of being well hydrated before taking a blood test actually means.
Being hydrated in reference to before taking a blood test solely refers to having an adequate supply of water to your body.
Drinking plain water will 100% ensure that you are well Hydrated before your blood test & your only other option that you refer to as being Coconut water, will throw out your entire blood work just as much as Drinking Hydration Eaas, gatoraide or anything else other than plain water before a blood test would too.
In the gym...🏋️🏋️🏋️
Not sure if in a little plateau or if I'm still recovering from gastro every lift was matched this week compared to the week before, cardio's been lower then I wanted it but I'm prioritising recovery a bit more as I had been sick all the week before.
Mental health:🧠🧠
Things have been a bit better this week, some how I'm much more snappy when I'm on a cruise which is weird, on cycle I'm very very chilled but this week I've had no patients for anything.
How are things at home.. 🏡
Shits been rather fucked . The other half is still away, her nans been here looking after the boys and they have been trashing the house leaving me responsible for cleaning when I should be resting and recovering.
Did bloods on sat hopefully I'm all good to start the blast on the 8th but either way fuck it we balling.
It is one of the few direct copy/paste entrees from my evo log but I feel the information is that important it bypasses eddies desire for each log to be 100% unique
Trialed my new pre workout meal before abs and cardio and it's a no go! Had to cancel because I was on the verge of throwing up... Way too heavy and too much volume.
Back to the drawing board fuck it might just make it a shake
Sux when that happens bro! It's happened to me with Dextrose & Slin before.
I took 10i:u of Novorapid with 100g of Dextrose to cover it & spewed my guts up freaking out that I might die because I had just pucked up the amount of Dextrose that I needed to cover the dose of Novorapid.
There are probably better ways that I dont know about yet & possibly high molecular weight carbs are the answer instead.
May I ask what your pre-workout meal was this time?
It's a well thought out blend of simple & sustained carbs.
Dark chocolate is an interesting addition for increasing blood flow, improving focus etc.
Coconut water is a good addition for electrolytes.
I like to keep my preworkout meal liquid only 250ml of water (1-2 hours after my last meal which was low in fat)
Containing a rapidly available source of carbs Dextrose 50g & an easily digested protein source clear protein or protein water powder.
Intra-workout 50g of Maltodextrose with Eaa mixed in Poweraide.
Post workout meal 50g of Dextrose with 60g of protein from whey protein isolate or a blend usually mixed in 300-600ml of water
Doing this is easy to digest gives sustained energy from a continual influx of carbohydrate releasing insulin, curbing Cortisol production.
Gives a steady supply of protein to keep in a positive nitro retention balance.
Priming an Anabolic/Anti-catabolic response, taking advantage of Pre, ntra & Post workout Windows of opportunity for growth, energy, endurance, focus, glycogen fuel & replenishment & post workout replenishment & repair.
Also providing adequate hydration & electrolytes to supply & replenish the bodies needs for & through & after the workout.
I thought I would trial it before abs and cardio as it was my old pre workout meal last bulk/build.
I'm going to formulate a shake that lands me close enough cal wise.
Because that will be easier on digestion.
Out of my meal plan it was the simplest way to add a little more fat but that dose not matter now ahahha
