If your knees hurt - are you talking joint pain?

First make sure your lifting form is fucking spot on so you aren't aggravating somethign from poor form.

Also if its from cardio impact, be sure that you are wearing good tennis shoes w/ a good bottom (not your 4 yr old running shoes w/ the bottoms worn thru) & support.

Otherwise, you can add in MSM / Glucosamine / Chondroitin - these are fantastic - esp MSM (for me anyway). Doesn't make a massive difference immediatlely but if you are prone to tendonitis or joint pain, probably not bad to add to your regime as competition training doesnt' get easier over time.

Or - if you are using winstrol - that' will dry out your joints - consider deca or something else w/ it. (sorry didn't read the whole post - so just covering the bases.)

If you can't afford it, stick to ketone strips. They will do fine for now. Keep in mind the accuracy is not great with the strips.

I would run it at 75 mcgs/day right into the show. Otherwise you risk gaining fat and retaining water at the show due to a slow thyroid.

day 1-2---none
3-6 25mcg

14-show day(day34) 75mcg.
 
then taper off after show date use the following taper off

Days 34-36: 50mcgs
Days 37-42 : 37.5mcgs
Days 43-47 : 25 mcgs
Days 48-52 : 12.5 mcgs

tis the taper (adjusted from satrt time iw ill be usin on next cycle)

what are you doing about the clen bro??

with the diet and that t3 and clen you will be loosin fat bro i dont know about 4lbs a week that basically mean thats you will need to be living aorund 2000cals a day below maintence. you can do the math.

cant tell you however how to adjust your maintence cals witht he t3 doasge tho
