ugh... it was cancelled... the instructor got stuck in traffic coming back from out of town... she does a hard class, ive done it at gold's before, but not in her 'hot box' studio... my wife goes a few times a week... been dying to try it out but somthing always comes up it seems...

i need a sauna bad, i think we are going to buy one with some of our tax return next year...
