Minutes away from my first Sust shot

Hey bros,
well i started my dbol/sust cycle and today is my first sust injection....im nervous as shit so any words which will motivate me or calm me down before i stab my self in the ass would be great....by the way should i put the sust amp in warm water for a little bit, i heard it helps. Thanks

run hot water over the amp to warm it up, and inject slowly, make sure you aspirate and you will be fine.

the warm water helps a little. the pain wasnt that bad for me, it felt like a had a charlie horse on my shoulder for about 3 days, but you gradually get used to it so it doesnt hurt much at all. Now go take you shot and GET BIG
