Meal plan for after slin inject... Take a look please.

Whats up bro's. Been researching a lot on slin and am just curious to what you think about this meal plan. Will be taking Humalin R post workout. Just being cautious. Right after injection I plan on taking :
1 serving Cell Tech
(will include 10g creatine, 200mg ALA, 75g of dextrose sugars)
and a Metrx protein shake. (30g of carbs w/oj, and 35 g protein)Total carbs=110
also Glutamine and Milk thistle. I figure the amount of carbs is suffficient even when I get up to 10 iu's.

THen 1.5 hour later full meal including complex carbs about 30-50g, Clean Proteins and healthy desert for some more sugar. Also will have Glucose tabs on Hand.

Now is when I want to know when I can sleep ,, anytime after the 4 hour mark I would believe. Right?
 
Humulin R (regular) starts working after 30-60mins, peaks at about 2-4 hours and is gone in about 6-9 hours. You should be ok to sleep 4 hours after injection. I know insulin can be dangerous if used improperly however don't worry too much. Just make sure you know how it affects you by starting off low. Also you should get a glucometer. Yes they can get fairly expensive (especially the test strips) but it can really help you if your gonna use slin. I've used Humalog before, up to 5 units in one dose and my sugar was only brought down to 90 mg/dl.
 
i just started taking the hum R as well and am still tring to figure out a good eating plan. Like u, iam taking 1serving of cell tech post injection and following it up with meal 40min later. Problem seems to be at the 2hr mark, i begin to feel real f up, sweat, shake, ect. however today was a little better. Iam using 3iu right now and until i get it done where i don't feel bad ill up the dose. Advice, eat something every 45min that helped me today and start slow(low dose)!!!!!!!!! Effects for me seem to linger past the 4hr mark so be AWARE!!!!
 
highspeed ...if you are using 3 ius and having some complications like that...you are very sensitive to slin...be careful and keep oj or candy bar nearby or you will wake up in pool of sweat and not know what happened to ya....happened to two people i know so far
 
The oj may not work the best for you, I have noticed fruit juice doesn't do much to curb the onset of slin. Unless you use the fake stuff that is mainly sugar then your cool to go. I just finished 4 weeks of slin at 10 IU each time. THe glucose tabs are nice, but kind of expensive. I just started buying 1 lb bags of smarties at walmart and snagging sugar packs from resturaunts and putting them in a water bottle. If anything starts to feel wrong just gulp some water, it is absorbed very quickly and works great. Be careful though, start out low and avoid fats like the plauge to stay lean.

The results are very nice though.
