Losing body fat...CV is dull!!

I have a problem with CV exercise ..I find it extremely boring..I would much rather be lifting heavy weights....I lose interest and it agrevates an old knee problem.....so, my question is 'can I lose body fat by hardly doing any CV at all and just cutting out carbs and fats and just eating prtein rich foods while keeping up a four times a week training programme with just weights?'
here's to hoping the answer is yes

I don't see why not...should work, just increase weight training intensity...

Check out my Protein/Carb cycling manual, see if that is what you are looking for.

Definitely. Not a good idea to cut out all fats though. And of course you still have to eat less than you burn.

Agree with the others, you don't NEED cardio.

But if you want to try something else, try intervals, assuming your knee is OK. 15 minutes of sprints/walking is about all I do when I'm doing cardio.

Plus, you can look at it as "Squat Assistance" :D

you do not need cardio if you lift 4 or more times a week-cut carbs down to 40g or less a day- eating fat will actually probably help you
