Alright, i'm assuming that milk thistle would be a poor liver detox for use lactose intolerant people. What are some other detox items that work as well or better. Also, how much should i take? I weigh 140lbs.

Not trying to flame you man but milk thistle is an herb. It has absolutely nothing to do with milk or the carbohydrate lactose. You can find plenty of info by searching the web. I don't think you'll have a problem.
