Lack of Circulation in Hand During Runs

Any have one of their hands go pretty numb while running? This has been going on for years for me and it's pretty annoying but tolerable. Around 2 to 3 mile mark my hand just starts feel like it feel aspleep and it doesn't go away until i finish. I can do the bike, stair climber, elliptical, any form of HIIT and I do not get it. It's only when I run. Anyone dealt with this???
