I finally hit a 300 pound bench, i was so pumped. I was supposed to max out on close grips but they were going up so easy I had to try wide grip. Put up 275 like it was nothing, missed 300 the first time. Second time i hit it. I found my weakness though, i need to do some 2-3 board presses, I got stuck the first try about 3-4 inches off my chest, second time i stalled but pushed through it and it went up. My lockout has definately strengthened, now i gotta work on these lats.
