What turned me on to it was the book power facter traning.

It works really good for lats! First; Hang from the chin up bar; 2nd; keep your arms stright, and pull with just your lats. You'l find that you can do 30-40+ reps easy!! Now, take it a step further and use a dip belt and hang 45's off your ass for sets of 10reps. Btw if your grip can't take it get some "lifting hooks"

This really sets my lats on fire!! Now if I could find something that works so good for other bodyparts!

you can also do shrug downs and what I call shrug dips for the traps as well.

Power factor training - isnt that a theory using workload and time of the workout to compute a factor??

I love doing various shrugs. Kelso's Shrug book (available on amazon.com) is a good reference and includes the one outlined above. My favorite is the bench shrug.
