gonna do two weeks of 3*3 starting next monday then max out.

keeps my knees from buckling, i only use them for reps of 3 or less...been a few years since i even wore them.
makes a hella difference though...and still considered raw

365 for 5*5 currently, DL max is proly in the 500 range
i'm joosing a bit, 250 test so proly should let bros know about that.
though the only lift that has gone up considerably since i needled up is my bench.
close to double bw bench this winter but not quite
