got my squats - the last rep of the last set took everything i had
only got 330x3
and 2 plates anda 5, for 4.5 on pullups (had my nose to the bar but didnt count it)
on just ipam, iv gained 4-5 lbs in the past 4 weeks, and my strength is rediculous and im vascular as fuck - shits going to get outta hand when i go back on! cant wait
how much do you weigh these days?
since i've scaled back the sauce i'm about 190 and loving it, a perfect weight for somebody my size...and the strengh to size ratio is significant.
and i knocked my should outta socket and probably tore something, the last three months i've had limited mobility...xrays came back negative proly should get a mri
