Approved Log Fat Loss and Recovery Journey

Just a bit of an update on the peptides used throughout this healing and fat loss journey so far, which is still ongoing.

Peptide Use & Effects – My Experience

---

What I’ve Been Using:

BPC-157 – 500mcg AM & PM

TB-500 – 500mcg AM & PM

GHK-Cu – 1mg AM & PM

HGH – 4IU PM

MOTS-c – 2mg AM (started ~1 week ago)

5-Amino-1MQ – 50mg AM (started ~1 week ago)

SLUPP-322 – 500mcg oral (started ~1 week ago)

---

Why I’m Using Them:
Main goal is to help heal my C3/C6 injury, keep inflammation down, recover faster between sessions, and hold onto muscle while cutting. Some of these (like MOTS-c, SLUPP-322, and 5-Amino-1MQ) are more for energy, fat loss and keeping performance up, while BPC/TB-500/GHK-Cu are all about repairing soft tissue and joints. HGH is in there for recovery and keeping muscle.

I actually started this peptide protocol before I even knew about the retrolisthesis and disc bulge, so in hindsight it’s probably been helping me more than I realised early on.

---

What I’ve Noticed:

Neck/shoulder area isn’t flaring up as bad after training

I can get through more volume in the gym without feeling smashed

Recovery between sessions feels quicker, less soreness hanging around

Strength in pressing movements feels like it’s slowly coming back

Holding muscle and staying fuller even while in a deficit

Less general inflammation, joints feel better (especially elbows/knees)

Small stuff like cuts and skin seem to heal faster

Energy has been more steady through the day, not as many “flat” days

Before starting MOTS-c, SLUPP-322, and 5-Amino-1MQ I had bouts of fatigue, but haven’t noticed that this past week, will continue to monitor over the next few weeks.

Still need to work on improving sleep quality, especially REM and deep phases

---

Things to Keep in Mind:
I didn’t even know about the retrolisthesis and disc bulge until about halfway through this phase, so looking back, I was probably pushing harder than I should’ve early on. I’m also running other PEDs and fat loss compounds, so it’s hard to say exactly how much is from the peptides alone. Plus diet, training changes and mindset all play a role. But overall, I do think the peptides have been a big help for recovery and keeping me training despite the injury.

---

Overall:
Definitely feel like this combo has sped up healing and let me keep more muscle while dropping fat. Recovery feels better, inflammation is down, energy is more consistent, and I’m still able to push in the gym without setting my neck back.

I would like to give a big shout out to the livewell legends for enabling this protocol and helping me heal as much as possible through this unfortunate event with their sponsorship of products 🙏

the disk bulge issue not sure if peptides would help
but i was thinking something like ghrp or mk677 or real hgh could
you test that?

@MUSTANG_18 , nah i dont think peps will either. I was well into the course before it was identified that I had a bulging disc but i am certaint hey have helped with some of the other ailments associatedwith the motor vehicleaccident.
When you say "real" hgh do you mean pharma grade?
I havnt tried ghrp of mk677.
I am still waiting for an appointment with the specialist in regards to the bulging disc to know what my options are.

@Wookie1 Hopefully you can heal up your injuries. Those are not good injuries to have especially when you are weight training. Hopefully, you can feel better.

@Ulter cheers mate. I will feel better its just a matter of time. What it has done tho is changed my mindset and goals while dealing with this setback which is a postive in its self
