got my squats - the last rep of the last set took everything i had
only got 330x3
and 2 plates anda 5, for 4.5 on pullups (had my nose to the bar but didnt count it)
on just ipam, iv gained 4-5 lbs in the past 4 weeks, and my strength is rediculous and im vascular as fuck - shits going to get outta hand when i go back on! cant wait
been a while since i maxed out, going to next week though and i'll try to record it and post up.
with knee wraps proly in the 475 range at around 190ish.
365 for 5*5 currently, DL max is proly in the 500 range
