im so fucking excited and energetic today

got my squats - the last rep of the last set took everything i had

only got 330x3
and 2 plates anda 5, for 4.5 on pullups (had my nose to the bar but didnt count it)

on just ipam, iv gained 4-5 lbs in the past 4 weeks, and my strength is rediculous and im vascular as fuck - shits going to get outta hand when i go back on! cant wait

how much do you weigh these days?
since i've scaled back the sauce i'm about 190 and loving it, a perfect weight for somebody my size...and the strengh to size ratio is significant.
and i knocked my should outta socket and probably tore something, the last three months i've had limited mobility...xrays came back negative proly should get a mri

i think i have a stage one or two AC separation, but it doesnt limit any exercises. i just have to try and keep good form on stuff like shrugs and use the mirror to guide my motions because it feels natural to use improper posture if that makes sense.

i finished my cutting cycle around 195, but am back up to ~200 since i started doin 5x5 strength routine. in august im gunna try and do a serious cut, maybe get to 195-190 ish, in 4 weeks if possible, then start a clean bulker in sept and try and keep my ab veins but get up to 210 ideally.

we are the same height right? i think 190-210 is a good window for bulking/cutting for me.

and nah, 75th, i havnt used anything other than athletic shoes, although i used to deadlift with barefoot. im fine wearing shoes though,

Mthrfkr I weigh 120 lbs and 140 is my warm-up
