Rest day cals and food update sorry super boring and same same as normal as nothing ever really changes for me I eat the meals that work for me and my digestion and keep it like that so at this point in prep I know all variables are ticked !!
During the offseason and maybe carb ups will get interesting as I’ll be looking to use as many low volume foods as possible to keep gi tract in tact and midsection control there as well as keeping under the illusive weight cap we’re chasing
Was a good day today felt the hunger but nothing crazy haven’t had a low day drop lately but I feel it’s not far off.
