Coach is happy we had some issues last week with tren so that came back out !! We will run in without now as I’m not prepared to put back in and we are quite happy with the look regardless. Some other alternatives will be added closer to the show, for now a few cal cuts to keep the bodyweight moving in the right direction

Rest day cals and food update sorry super boring and same same as normal as nothing ever really changes for me I eat the meals that work for me and my digestion and keep it like that so at this point in prep I know all variables are ticked !!

During the offseason and maybe carb ups will get interesting as I’ll be looking to use as many low volume foods as possible to keep gi tract in tact and midsection control there as well as keeping under the illusive weight cap we’re chasing

Was a good day today felt the hunger but nothing crazy haven’t had a low day drop lately but I feel it’s not far off.

Refined today as we are trying to pull down on accumulation of fatigue from quads now as I push them fkn hard normally, now it’s more about stimulating rather than annihilating.

Coaches orders are no backoff sets no intensifiers and RPE8 which to me is fkn boring so wasn’t the most thrilling session but we want the result now not what I enjoy so just listen and do.

Forgot to get shots post training so here’s the pump once I was home hopefully not too much inflamation next few days as my body weight has been increasing by 2kg sometimes 2.5kg post legs and with a weight cap to make coach says this will now be impact wing fat loss with that much inflamation to pull down on.

Will be in the infared sauna over the weekend to pull any that is there.
