If you had to choose one, and only ONE resistance-training exercise, which would it be:
1) The Squat
2) The Deadlift
And how many reps/sets/times-per-week?
The question is just one of pure curiousity---I have no idea why, but it came to me as I was hauling 120lb sidewalk blocks into my backyard
