I would like to help my girlfriend, I need your girls help!

Hello everyone!

So my girlfriend torn her ACL and had to be in recovery and her academics got in the way.Therefore she gained 15 lbs. She feels sad about it
and self conscious when she tries clothing.

Please ladies from here give me advice on workout plans, cardio, what type of cardio, etc!

Anything counts! As far as in diet goes please give me hints advices etc!

Would your girlfriend want to post here herself?

There is quite a bit of information in the stickies at the top of the forum.

It would be great if you could give us a bit more to go on, or do a bit more ground work yourself, as writing out entire diet and training programs, well, it is a bit of that teach a man to fish thing rather than give them a fish.

Do you train? Bodybuild?

If so, she could follow a program very similar to yours.

I certainly do bodybuild myself and train but I dont think she is up for heavy lifting and such you know? The purpose of the thread is to get tips on how I can help a female body reduce sizes, mainly through excercise. The diet is being worked on.

How about people give me tips about how a girl should workout
type of things a girl should do in order to be very efficient at the gym.

much the same as anyone else... a girl can work out exactly like a guy
