He said the meals that work to give you the leanest body possible are:

Chicken breast
Brown Rice or sweet potato
Egg whites
Bananas
Tuna
oatmeal

Any opinions on this?

Chicken breast- True
Brown Rice- good souce of energy but not sure how good it is for keeping lean
sweet potato- not sure
Egg whites- True
Bananas- good for keeping cramps away not sure how its any better than other fruits
Tuna- good but I think salmon is best kind of fish you could eat
oatmeal- good souce of energy but not sure how good it is for keeping lean
 
Will these work for a lean bulk just increasing portion sizes? Any other suggestions, replacements or additions?
 
green leafy vegetables, brocolli, other types of fish (salmon,swordfich etc), nuts (cashew,almonds etc), turkey, lean cut steak, olive oil, cottage cheese
 
I wouldn't exactly call it a diet

those are base items that are great for any goal as a starting point, downunder threw in some good additions

obviously with cutting you eat less and bulking you eat more. personally I cut the carbs out pretty much while cutting
