If they are not growing I'd take enough AI to keep it like that and worry about shrinking them when off cycle. If you try to do while on you will inhib gains and so waste the gear you are on. Take as much anti prolactin ad you want as low prolactin won't inhibit gains like crashed or very low e2 would.
