how many of your long time body builders don't use bench press?

Incline dumbell are most productive for me, flat barbell bench feels completely unnatrual and yields no results for me that is.
 
I did flat bench for the first time in a long time the other day. I was aprehensive and my body was confused. I damn near fell off the bench on my first set. My grip was too narrow and most of the press came from my tri's. Once I got into the grove the workout was awesome. I hurt for days and I was impressed at the weight I was moving and how easy it was.

There is a time and place for every excercise the trick is determining when and where to apply it.
