since april ive been on a moderate carb, high protien diet, taking in about 1800 - 2200 cals a day with massive refeeds every weekend, sort of throwing things off, taking a few steps back sadly. I now think i need to eat more to supplement my hard training, im hitting it heavy now and want to know what I should be aiming for cal wise? I dont want to gain much fat.
I was thinking around 200 above maintance

I think my metabolism has slowed from limiting cals at what i stated above.
