how many calories to build with mimimal fat gain?

since april ive been on a moderate carb, high protien diet, taking in about 1800 - 2200 cals a day with massive refeeds every weekend, sort of throwing things off, taking a few steps back sadly. I now think i need to eat more to supplement my hard training, im hitting it heavy now and want to know what I should be aiming for cal wise? I dont want to gain much fat.

I was thinking around 200 above maintance

im 6ft

180

so 2160 + 200?

is this still too low?

I think my metabolism has slowed from limiting cals at what i stated above.

im @ about 7% bf now.
 
I've been cutting for about 4 weeks now and am eatting 2600 cals a day, and I am shedding the fat nicely. I really think you should be eatting more, once my cutting phase is over I plan on eatting around 2800-3000 cals for gaining lean mass.

Go with the 200 above maintance and if you still feel tired or are not gaining weight then keep adding more.
