how many calories hsould i consume on a cutting type cycle?

i am 6`2 232 lbs 16.7% bf.....i am gonna do a test enathate 600mgs/wk weeks 1-10,and fina 100mgs/day 1-6




how many calories,carbs ,and fat grams should i consume if i want to gain 6-7 lbs but lose 3-4% bf?

bro just go over to the diet board there's tonnes of great info. i'd suggest trying the 1/3 diet, where 1/3 of calories come from protein, carbs and fat if that is your goals.
