I'm sick of this god damn question. Since when is the bench press the only true measure of strength? Seriously, if you think about real life, including athletics, its crossover doesn't make or break you (or an athlete). So what I wanna hear are some personal bests on something other than the "big 3" (i.e. bench, squat, deadlift) We all know there are people who can do these like no tommorrow.
Here's mine:
At a bodyweight of 205 I was able to barbell shrug 465 for 4 reps. Yes, I did it with straps. Sue me.

Barbell curls, 205 for 2. First rep is pretty good..second one looks more like a clean, lol.

Lat pulldowns, can do 12 plates. Its on a cable system, not a chain..so its probably not as hard.
But its what Im doing got 4 reps.

Barbell rows...I put the end of one bench on top of another...so its inclined..and can do 405 for 2 max. Not strict form..but Im trying.

Calve raises with 14 plates for 10.

Leg curls on a hammer leg curl apparatus...5 plates for 3 reps is my best.

well 435 for 1 rep:(

always been good at curls some just have it like at the age of 16 i could curl 135 for rep around 4 i think....know i can do 225 for 3 clean reps and could pull off 2 cheat reps and could do one more so that would be 3 cheat reps but the third cheat rep would be weird looking so i dont do it much...(and i dont do 225 most i go to is 215 sometimes wrist hurts and have to warm up for a longgggg time and dont have much time to do that sometimes)...but 225 it is.......and after my "ultrastrenght" cycle i well be over the weight i just told you on my bench and curls and other lifts....and you have to be the "GAME" and be "THAT DAMN GOOD" to do this cycle.......

I use the 65lbs dumbells for seated curls X10reps. I do these strick and do not swing. A few guys use the ez curl bar. I use 2x25lbs and 5lbs on each side for reps x8. That is really nothing special though. I have seen guys do curls with a barbell using 225lbs.

i squatted on the toilet yesterday and took a dump that had enough volume to make a small elephant say "damn, man. you nasty."
 
Standing olympic bar bicep curl=245 for 4, excellent form
Incline dumbell press=155lbs dumbells for 6
Standing tripcep extensions=75lbs dumbell
