Guys, critique this diet.

This is my bulking diet. im 6' 217lbs 14-15%bf
9am-morning shake(2C ff milk,1C oatmeal,2 scoops
protein mix, 1C light yogurt, husk fiber,
2tbsp flax oil.

workout

11am-p/w shake (50%whey,25%malto,25%dext,glut.)

noon-1 can tuna,1C oatmeal, 1c milk, 2 scoops whey

2:30pm- 12-14oz tri-tip steak, brown rice(80g)

5pm-chicken breast, 80g oatmeal, 2tbsp all natty
PB, 2C lf milk.

7:30-chicken breast, 80g oatmeal,2c lf milk

9pm-chicken breast, 2c broccoli.

10:30pm- bedtime shake ( 2c ff milk, 1/2C lf
cottage cheese, 2 scoops whey/casien mix
husk fiber, 2 tbsp flax oil,glutamine.)

sometimes i get up at 6am for work and have an extra meal around 8-9am (chicken breast, brown rice). im sorry i dont have the prot/carbs/fat breakdown. im also in week 4 of sust500mg/wk and deca 400mg/wk for 10 wks. if anyone has any suggestions on how i could improve this, i would appreciate it!
 
wouldnt put the fiber in with the shake as it inhibits absorbtion indirectly... instead, have it at some autonomous time.

not sure what the GI of "malto" is but maybe replace that with dextrose since it has a GI of 100... correct me if im wrong. and glutamine is a waste of money.

everything else looks pretty cool... im not sure of the nutrient breakdown either... but since youre bulking, if youre fats are above 30... drop them down a bit and increase carbs!
