fuck im hurting. anyone else?

came back from vacation and i did some lifting and didnt miss so much, but i came back and did heavy deadlifts which i had been laying off on, so my erectors and traps and everything on the back of my body hurt like shit, then i just did shoulders and triceps and my arms grow too fast, so i hardly work arms and i did skull crushers for the first time in a while, so everything except my bottom pecs is the only thing that doesnt hurt. my legs are a little sore cause iv been running and i have leg day to morrow

who else is owned
 
I'm sick man. Feel like toasted shit. I have the body flu or something.
 
are u making sure to eat alot. when i get sick instead of losing weight i just eat as much of whatever i can stomach. i love jelly and toast, i eat alot of eggs when sick too

no i not hurtin. i is on the juice.....and to quote lover boy "lovin every minute of it". but i feel you, i little older now and takes little longer to recover (when i aint on the juice) be happy you worked hard and you just feelin the "fruits of your labor"

I don't get sick very often and I always recover very fast. We'll see this time.. Feeling better already. I took some Nyquil and slept for 4 hours, but I can tell I'm gonna need to sleep the whole today... Thanks for the message! :)

make sure you're eating protein before bed, this is crucial

i'm going to start drinking a shake in the middle of the night; gonna put my powder in a shaker with a bottle of water next to it, set my alarm at 3 or 4, mix 'em, chug, go back to bed.
