came back from vacation and i did some lifting and didnt miss so much, but i came back and did heavy deadlifts which i had been laying off on, so my erectors and traps and everything on the back of my body hurt like shit, then i just did shoulders and triceps and my arms grow too fast, so i hardly work arms and i did skull crushers for the first time in a while, so everything except my bottom pecs is the only thing that doesnt hurt. my legs are a little sore cause iv been running and i have leg day to morrow
