MHP makes a time release protein thats supposed to keep releasing for 12 hours, so you dont need to fuck up your sleep

also, its probably enough that you just have some bcaa's and glutamine floating around to prevent catabolism during latter phase of sleep cycle. there's a few companies that make time release glutamine and bcaas

i did that for a little, and i think its going a little overboard. i had to decrease protein a bit because of kidney function problems anyway
 
drinking the shake at night well its debatble

if you have gotten your daily kcla requirments = then it will add bdy weight

if you say went to bed missing a meal then do it.. if not then its not neeeded
