i'm going to start drinking a shake in the middle of the night; gonna put my powder in a shaker with a bottle of water next to it, set my alarm at 3 or 4, mix 'em, chug, go back to bed.
im sure theres pros to that but fucking up your REM sleep is also a big con I imagine
