thanks for the encouragement. Yes, I did a lot of cardio along with weights. I ran 4-5 times a week for 20-30 min and then I would hit the weights right after.
I tried shaving a long time ago (was in high school still) and It was one of the most painful experiences (when the hair started growing again), plus I grew more hair and it was a lot thicker so not thanks I want to leave my hairs alone. Plus I do not want to imagine how painful waxing would be. Plus I can use it as an excuse as to why my abs do not show up the way I want them to
