It could be said that you flip flap and change your mind a lot. When sticking up for the members you will be facing some pretty influential people. What can you say to the members to make then feel comfortable
about you being in there corner instead of the other candidates here today?

but in this instance you have to look at both sides of the coin
members and admin.

IE: "Is this member, with all his or her issues, and drama or flat out personal attacks on family and children REALLY any benefit to this site"

got a call from the wife. . .i have to pick up a prescription for one of my kids (ear infection). . .don't know if i'll make it back. . .but here's the bottom line for me. . .

i like this place. . .since joining, i've learned a lot and i've made quite a few e-friends. . .i used to hang out on the j00sey board, but i spend most of my time nowadays on c&c. . .i enjoy the banter and the comradery (sp?). . .i know i make a lot of goofy comments for shits-and-giggles and, as a result, a lot f people mistake me for a person that's not very serious. . .to the contrary, i'm very serious about my responsibilities. . .i'm just not very serious about ME (other than my rippling abs ). . .like everyone, my time on this world is temporary and, at 44 years of age, i've become acutely aware of the time passing by. . .i choose to have fun with my free time. . .the time i spend here is free time. . .when i'm here i like to goof off and have fun. . .but, as many of you know, when it comes to personal issues (depression, love gone bad, kid issues) i'm always there to lend my support. . .this would be no different. . .

Well, the only active mods that are still around that I knew are Stilleto and... uh... yeah. I see Perk and AAP around sometimes, but not as much anymore. BRR never posts, Manny posts only rarely, Bran's probably a CEO of a multi-billion dollar corporation now, Nate's busy working on his PhD in physics, and Pintoca's busy breeding in Germany somewhere. I've never really been friends with the mods anymore than I've been "good bros" with non-mods.

I'm not sure what you mean by "having it out for the EF staff", so you'll have to clarify that one a bit. I have a tendency to throw stuff at Logician for sleeping on the job, but I've been good lately.

Being a previous mod here might mean that I'm a bit more familiar with how things work... but Ortiz was a COB, so he's familiar with the mod board just as well. I can't comment on being a "good" or "bad" ombudsman until I have a clear, complete idea of exactly what it is and what it involves. It's still a bit gray to me.
