Does anyone ever just get tired of eating!

I am new to this site and have gained so much valuable information that it is unbelievable. I am highly motivated to regaining my body and have lost 10 pounds over the past 2 1/2 weeks. Having said that, I am committed to eating 5-6 small meals a day, but I must admit, late in the day I am full of water and the previous small meals that I get tired or eating :(. Here's what my meals look like after my 5:00 a.m. cardio session on an average 4 to 5 day workout week.

7:00 a.m. Oatmeal and eggwhites (will be trading in egg whites for something different. I just about puke everytime I have them without at least 1 yoke per 3 eaggs)

10:00 a.m. Chicken Breast, veggie, small baked potatoe

1:00 p.m. - Sirloin Burger or Turkey Burger or Chicken breast, small salad (balsamic vinegette dressing), 1/2 cup sweet potatoes

4:00 - can tuna fish (in water), veggies or salad.

6:00 p.m. post work out shake (42 grams protein) with 1 cup 1/2 skim milk (following 4:45 p.m. weight training session).

8:00 p.m. HERE, I CAN'T TAKE ANOTHER BITE OF ANYTHING ELSE!!!!!!

Therefore, my last meal is the PWS. At 165 pound now and trying to hit 140 pounds (along with reducing body fat particularly), I am really trying to maintain at least 1600 calories so as to not go into starvatin mode. But I swear, I seem to hit just at 1300 or so and feel like I could just pass out from eating. What is going on?????????? Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong???

Are you new to this way of eating?? Could be you're just not used to it yet - so your body could be resisting a bit.....

If you can't eat real food at your last meal (pre bed) - have a shake (no milk) with some fat such as flax oil or some ANPB.....you should be able to down that.....

Yes, I am new to eating 5 to six small meals a day, plus consuming such large quantites of water. I'm just short of a gallon. If I didn't get so full, I'd probably finish a gallon or more. I know all bodies are different and respond differently, but do you have any idea as to when the body ususally "accepts" this new "lifestyle" of eating?

It usually takes 4-6 weeks for the bod to get used to a new routine, etc.....so give it more time....

Should I be worried about not maintaining a certain number of calories? or should I just focus on eating some type of clean meal (however small). I don't want to have my body feeling like its "starving", resulting in holding on to the weight I am desperately trying to let go! :worried:

Well if you're 165lbs now & attempting to lose bf, then you shouldn't go below 1600 cals per day....I'd spread out your meals into several small meals about 3-4 hours apart.....

Plus since you're not used to eating this way - you may be a bit bloated.....

Well, should I add a protein shake after my morning cardio, to be followed by my 7:00a.m. meal? How late at night should I have my last meal whether a protein shake or real food?

Yes you can have a shake + milk, no fat right after am cardio then have a meal about 1-2 hours later.....

And you can have your last meal/shake (no milk, with fat) about 1 hour to right before bed....

Sounds like a winner. I'll add the (fat) i.e. flaxseed oil or peanut butter as recommended as my last meal before bed (without the skim milk).

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. I can't tell you how appreciative I am.

Ta Ta for now :)
