ok enough of the bullshit!

its time for a life style change. im tired of not having ripped abs. my goal here is to get ripped and stay ripped. i know im not near as big as alot of people on here so since i have trouble with size, there is one thing i can do is diet! i think:p

the meal plan during the week is virtually no fat, only fat on weekends with carbup to blunt hunger so i dont over refeed. and only refeeding on complex whole grain carbs

monday-friday
7 cups of skim milk-56protien 77carbs
2 scoops of whey protien-40protien 8carbs 4fats
2 scoops of soy protien-50protien 8carbs 2fats
1 and 2/3 cups of wheat bran per day-15protien 30carbs 3fats
2 tablespoons of yeast-8protien 2carbs
1 small box of sugar free jello no calories

totals are 169protien 125carbs 11fats total cals 1260

saturday-sunday some type of refeed i dont plan on overdoing it ill be eating whole grain stuff like uncle sam cereal because it also has flaxseeds in it. ill probably just eat a box of that, not really much of a refeed.

vitamin b-complex
thermolite pills(ephedrine caffiene)2-3 times per week

my training is about everyday like 6 days on one day off or maybe 7 days a week only on 1 hour sessions or less here is my split

1. biceps and triceps
2. quads hams calves and hip flexors
3. chest and sholders obliques
4. lower back upper back and abs

ill be doing sprints 3 times a week

now i want to post of picture of what i look like now im far from ripped and i plan on staying on this diet till im shredded to shreds and maintain that, i know of few people that do maintain ultimate shreddedness and i want to be one of those.

can someone help me post up my first pic?

my stats are currently 6feet6 235 and natural.
 
am I missing something? Your calories are WAY too low
 
if your bodyfat is low and you don't have ripped abs, just do a lot of cardio workouts and stomach excersizes.
 
Haha I was just gonna bump your Quick-Fix thread out of the archives since I'm doing with with a refeed (or two) for as long as I can hadle it.

Edit: My wonderfull school shut down my server I had running, no hosting afterall. :mad:

Good look with your diet and watch the dairy, it tends to cause bloating in some.

ok here is 1 week into dieting i have many more weeks ahead these were taken today i will add more in about 5 or 6 days

check the yahoo photo album too, i tried to get them all in one album but i dont know whats wrong with it

i have to go very low on calories to loose anything. everyone in my family is kinda over weight except my dad becuase he eats right. i was over weight as a kid so i have to eat like a 4 year old baby girl lol. maybe its just me

im thinking some days ill eat just like this but on other days ill just eat canned veggies

im guessing from the pics i just posted im probably at 14 percent bodyfat, ive never been tested??? i really have no clue but i plan on getting really low and maintaining a low fat.

i appreciate the constructive critisizm, just makes me strive to show everyone i can do this

i think the creatine and glutamine is making me weigh more than i really am and my strength is up, but ill come off of the creatine in about 5 weeks

i plan on running this diet for about 15 weeks
