I don't go around beating people, however if Im given a serious reason to, if someone attacks me or someone I care about, all bets are off. Im not violent by nature but I do hold the belief that these MOTHERFUCKERS lost their right to humanity once they chose the path of evil. Therefor I have no qualm in taking care of them and making sure they never do anything to anyone again. Id rather just put a bullet in their head, not pay to jail them, and not pay to have them killed through some injections either

where did i say i was a fan of gangbangers killing bouncers outside of clubs hours after they got their asses kicked.

this lady went and shot him once she had the chance. she did not come back later with her crew to kill the guy. she killed the guy the first chance she got, while he was still at the scene of the crime.

stop being an emotional bitch and using your friend's death, which is completely different from this case, to try and hold a coherrent argument with me.

I haven't seen where you've put together a coherrent argument with this yet, at least not in terms of US law, and clearly not within the scope of the law in which she's being prosecuted.

Her killing the guy the first chance she got is at issue. Was she or anyone else in mortal danger at the time she shot him. Or did she merely assassinate him out of her own rage of being assaulted? The line between murder and self-defense is at issue. Was what she did at the time a murderous act or one still in self defense or the defense of the lives of others. Having been assaulted by itself isn't cause to kill someone, whether the assault occured 2 months, 2 weeks, 2 days before, or 2 minutes prior.

What the fuck is the difference? IT WAS NO LONGER SELF DEFENSE. GET THAT THROUGH YOUR FUCKING HEAD. YOU DON'T HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON.

I highly suggest you read some legal books... or even better, "How close is to close" By Dennis Tueller. 20 yards is the general rule for a threat...

Just curious, if you were on her jury, would you find her guilty? If yes, what should be her punishment?

And as far bodybyfina I can totally understand where he is coming from. I have seen what child molestation does to a kid. It screws them up for the rest of their life. That is why I think child molestation offenders should get the death penalty. Screw them. They are TRASH they arn't human. And what do you do with trash? That's right you TAKE IT OUT!

I know I'm nitpicking here, but are you talking about the person facing you? Or having his back to you? It would matter in the eyes of the law, right?

If facing, there's no doubt. If having his back to you, then it's another story. It's widely accepted that the lethal force can be used if the felon has just committed a serious crime (either killed or injured someone) AND he's a serious imminent threat to others. That means, if you let him escape he could hurt other people as well.

So in other words, if someone just got caught robbing a bank, is unarmed and is running away, then there's no way you can shoot him. But if killed/seriously injured someone then yes.

I bet the authorities charged her with murder so she would finally talk and cooperate with them. Then the charges will be dropped. I would suggest her to get another attorney, one who's smarter and can read between the lines...

His actions on that day is what really killed him, it was his choice. That guard did not plan to kill him but he sure enough planned to hurt and rob her on that day.

Why be surprised when volicence is met with volicence

I mean come on....if he was out of the car with his hands in the air saying that he surrenders and she shot him that is one thing but in a car that could be used as a dangerous weapon and he was far from being Defenseless and he was still a threat.
