Well we sure know that if this world ever did (god forbid) come down to kill or be killed who the survivors would be here. The fact any of you consider a person who could do that to someone a human being and not a monster that is DESERVING of death so as he can't go do this to someone else speaks volumes about just how fucking unrealistic you people are. Talk about being unrealistic. The criminal justice system in the US says that death is not an appropriate penalty for assault, or aggravated assault. It appears you believe that death is appropriate for it.

Well, if I was on the jury she would be found innocent. Or it would be a hung jury, because there is absolutely no way I would convict her of any major crime in these circumstances. Maybe a disturbing the peace misdomeaner for waking someone up with the gun.

FUCK NO Im sick of seeing what these mother fuckers do to people, Im sick of seeing the anguish and pain they cause to families and victims, Im sick of them period. personalizing the situation
telling people to shut the fuck up
and telling people you can beat the snot out of them

Do you really want me to answer that? While I love my family, if they did something like this and got shot doing it, I really and truely would not hold it against them. Just because someone who is a piece of shit is my family member, does not mean they should be free to do shit like this to other people. In fact if anything, I have a stronger obligation to stop someone who is my brother from being this type of person, and I would beat his ass for being a thug, and drag his ass to rehab personally if he was a cokehead.

And at what point do these "evil" people not deserve to die? What is the minimal crime? Should you be killed for cutting someone off in traffic? Should you be killed for using controlled substances? If a kid rides their bike out in front of you and your vehicle hits them killing or severely injuring them, should you be killed for it? What if someone shop lifts?

What is your definition of "evil people"? How do we identify them? I suppose it could be sucessfully argued that you're evil given your viewpoints expressed above. Don't go near anyone with a gun soon.

That is part of the problem. Mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters who know their family member is trash do nothign about it, and defend them instead of doing something to stop them. Yes I would feel bad if my brother or sister died because of this, but would I hold that lady resposible? No. If I feel she is justified for what she did under the circumstances, it does not matter if it was someone I cared about. That does not change the morality of her actions.
