On the other hand, since I never start fights, I only finish them, do you really want someone walking the streets and still alive who can take a guy my size who has a black belt in a fight... I don't carry or own a gun, nor am I ever likely to do so, so if you're concerned about me shooting you, then you may rest easy.

If you would like to try to kick and pummel me to death, which would a be a crime, I am not concerned as long as you are not using a weapon. Whatever you can do assaulting me by yourself, with your bare hands, I am sure I can handle.

If you are intent on assaulting me, using a weapon, then yes, I would be concerned about that, especially if it is a firearm. But at least it is considerably more difficult obtaining such a weapon in my country.

And I am not sad about this drug-addicted, violent robber being dead, but that doesn't condone killing people.

Now, where the hell did anyone say it's "ok" to do such a thing? Armed assault and robbery are serious charges that carry heavy consequences. Last time I checked, "death" was not one of them.

I'd give her no more than a slap on the wrists...probation...but not jail time.

When someone has assaulted you...and injured you...with a weapon no less, you damn well should fuck them up first chance you get. Was killing him a bit much? Sure it was....but, just a bit. More appropriate would have been to drag him out of the car and pistol-whip him til he had multiple facial and skull fractures to match her own...but you can see how that might have been a tad difficult.

Oh, okay. So you pretty much think "eye for an eye" is a great system and we should let society regress a couple thousand years. Good idea.

So if you watched someone beat a friend or family member like this to near death after say you got hit over the head and were being held down and made to watch, you had access to a gun, just not when you were being held, you would not shoot the fucker after they let up and ran? If not, then alls I can say is wow....... someone has to feel very protected around you
