ok last spring i did a cylce of suspension and loved how i felt on it unfortuently i didnt know enuf about roids to keep my gains
ne way this spring i want to cylce again i want to gain a good 10 pounds of muscle, im in the proess of getting all my dieting and training figured out right now and i hve been tlking and getting assistance from a guy i know who hve been into juicing for a while now. ialready started lifting harder, question is im having trouble deciding on what to do, im interested in d-bol,sustanon,deca, now which do u think will yeild best results with least effects? im 6 foot 1 and 200 right now.
