Deca, Sustanon And PCT Questions. *First Cycle*

Cycle is
300 Sustanon
200 Deca a week (pin every 4 days)
50 MG Proviron ED
8 caps Nutrissa Cycle Support
Have arimidex on hand for E sides
I am planning on being on the Sustanon and Deca for 12 weeks

This is my first cycle, I was 150 for 10 years of my life, I gained 60 pounds in 1 year, I have been 205-210 pounds for about a year
BF is 10%
I eat near 5000 calories a day
All clean, either chicken and pasta
Or beef and pasta + rarely ever go out.
Height is 5’10”

PCT i have right now is the High Tech Pharmeceuticals Arimiplex and that is it

Read through the bulking up with Deca and Sustanon thread on here and gained a lot of information, still a bit unsure on if I should get some clomid and another estrogen blocker.

Also need assistance on how often arimidex is necessary.

First day I pinned was yesterday at 10 in upper right quad. Next pin day is Thursday.

Goal is 10-15 lbs if possible. I read some other threads but would like some guidance mainly on PCT as well as general stack advice. Thanks!

I work out 5 days a week, with heavy lifts everyday and 15 minutes of cardio per day (stair stepper at level 9) (4 days are lift days).

5th day I am on the stair stepper for 65 minutes with increasing from level 8 (base) up to level 15 throughout.

My cardio is unreal and I’m hoping the cycle support will help with my heart on cycle.

I am also wondering if I should continue this cardio regimen or step it down a bit.

My waist is 30

I can post an attachment of my full bloods I had done (including test, hematocrit, and rbc) a few months ago if needed.
I don’t know what is relevant so I can post my full supplement stack (alpha gpc, phenylpiracetam noopept etc.) if needed.

You should always have an AI like arimidex or aromison on hand when doing any cycle.
Arimidex you can start with .5mg x 2 per week and aromison you can try 12.5mg 2 x per week.
This is just a guide. You will need bloodwork to see where your estrogen is at and adjust from there.

If your trying to put on size i would bring that cardio way down. 15-20min a day of liss cardio is great while building for heart health.
I usually hit the incline treadmill for 15-20min post WO at 3incline and 2.8pace.

you are making a mistake running this much on a first cycle.. your first cycle should be ONE compound only .. throwing multiple compounds at yourself the first time is very bad idea, you are not letting your body acclimate and learn how it responds to steroids in general and testosterone is what all steroids are derived from... it is THE steroid to test yourself...

okay, watched full video as well as your perfect PCT video. Now that I have pinned 100 mg of Deca and 150 test yesterday, how would you recommend I pinch off the Deca and Proviron?

Thank you for the information, here is a picture and photos of an EVOLT body scan that I did today.
I feel that 9.5% BF may be a bit innacurate. On a DEXA scan I would likely be a bit higher like 11 or so. I look like shit and am down on weight as I didn’t eat enough this past week/weekend.

I checked your thread in detail and I think we need to talk about a lot of issues.
a lot of questions for example checked your picture you look more like 15-17% bodyfat not 10%
your stack is for bulking? but 300mgs of sustanon what sustanon you using?

we have a ton of questions and we need to learn more about you but NOT here, you need to share with us in a NEW thread a LOG journal
, start a NEW thread with your LOG journal, put up your diet training cardio history so we can learn more about you (like eating 5000 calories what are the meals???), and we can guide you in your first cycle via the log

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Honestly you are prob closer to 15%. Number mean nothing though. It's what the mirror says that counts.
