Creatine??? Im 16 and weigh 134........

I agree w/the other posters that FOOD is your best suppliment. Also- if youve never taken creatine before- be prepared to train by yourself. it gives guys nasty gas :worried:

I would down a large pizza myself and still not gain a pound. I also tried protein shakes and the calorie shakes. My matabolism was just way to high. If you get older 18+ and are still rail thin I would get my thyroid checked. My ex-brother in law had an over active thyroid and was rail thin and was nearing 30.

Trust me you can gain weight i don't care how high your metabolism is, it really doesen't matter. I guarantee if you eat 5000 calories a day you will gain weight however much will be fat. You just have to keep upping it 200 - 500 every so often until you start putting on weight. Watch what you eat and keep the protein intake from 1.5 - 2.5g per lb. of weight

you dont even need createin bro.what you need to do is lern about nutritoin.get that down and at youre age you will explode.
134lbs take in about 200grams of proiten to start then go from there.just study evry thing you can about the subject.go check out the food and nutritoin forum we have here.get youre food right, and by right i dont mean ya i eat a lot no I maen to a tee and you will get evry thing you want from it.

But women don't get gas....

I woulden't not take creatine because it gives you bad gas.............Alot of protein is like 5x worse. Try it and see for yourself. Oh yeah and don't eat alot of egg yolks because if you think just protein is bad you should check that out.

It only gives you bad gas if you use the cheap stuff. The cheaper the product the cheaper the filler they use. That whole tablespoon/scoop you put in that glass of water is not 100% creatine, more like only 5% actual creatine and the rest is just a filler. Call eas or sportpharm and ask them about fillers and stuff, they'll be glad to explain it to you cause they don't use cheap nasty fillers. Also about the gaining weight thing, it can be impossible some times I would take two of those calorie shakes a day (2500 each I think) and also eat 1 large pizza and other things and never gain a pound all through High School. As soon as I hit my early 20's I was eating the same and suddenly realizing "damn I'm getting fat" so I had to slow down my eating.

I still say unlease you have something wrong with you it is definatly possible to put on weight. It may be harder to put on muscle and take some work, but can definatly be done. Also the more muscle you have the harder it is to gain weight. Most weight gainers are not even over 1000 cal. So im asuming u were eating at most 3500 calories a day and for most that would be plenty, but maybe not for you. Right now im eating upwards of 5000 calories a day. I have put on 20-25lbs in 5 weeks, im not saying all of its muscle because much is water and some is fat and my gut has gotten very large because of the increased test. I'm just saying its easily obtainable with a good strict diet and hard work.
