After being in a slump for nearly a year, its time to get back in shape. Not just average american shape, but "wow that person must be taking drugs" in shape. Being more dedicated with my exercise is an obvious necessity, but modifying the diet is something I think many get wrong. I'm reading an adkins for life book and its got some good points. The difficulty is finding things that taste good and that are easy to prepare. I wonder if most of you guys supplement protein with shakes either in place of meals or in addition..I'm considering dropping a meal for a shake and really focusing on not cheating. Anyone got some good do's and don't?
