"heavy explosive workout" makes me think of pgf2 usage and the bathroom
 
you little boys laugh it up....but its been my hardest thing on bench days...I'm a controled steady lifter, and with my new training heavier weights, and working for that football explosive energy, I can't seem to get that bar to exlpode off my chest....I hit that sticking point and it PISSES ME OFF!!!!...ggggrrrr....
 
I spent lots of time with DB and still do b/c I rarely have a spotter. then when I switch over to bench I never have sticking points.
I don't know if it is because of the fuller range of motion I can force (can move my hands so that my chest or arms, whichever I choose, is always contracted).
of it is just b/c of magic.

still, my bench sucks anyway, so you are probably doing more than me :)
 
Happy, you are indeed correct-PRESS YOUR LUCK with host Peter Tomarken...one of my favorites where you can pass all of your spins to some chump and let them lose all of their $ or go from feast to famine in the course of 10 seconds. Just seeing the people jump up and down and go nuts was worth watching. I remember one contestant was on there and memorized the timing and the location of the whammys on the boards and won an obscene amount of $, making them subsequently change the program they were using to control them.
