I "used to be" a customer of theirs until recently. I ordered some t-3 about 6 weeks ago. Emailed Felicia regarding the status of my order. She said I should have it in a couple of days( this was on 2/6), but no deliver. Since then I have emailed them 3 times requesting either another package sent to me or a refund, and they have chosen to ignore me. I usually am a lurker and dont post much, but as a sponsor on these boards I do feel its my obligation to let everyone know of this probelm. I will not use them anymore, and will contact my credit card company and intiate a chargeback as I paid for something that I didn't receive. Is anyone else having a probelm with them.
